- 3 Eggs Large
- 1/2 cup Sugar Granulated
- 3 tbsp Butter Unsalted, Melted
- 1 cup Corn syrup Dark
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup Pecans Roughly chopped
- 1 Pie crust Frozen shell, 9 inches
In the pie crust, add pecans and spread them out.
Pour the filling into on top of the pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Halfway through baking, cover only the edges of the pie with aluminum foil to prevent the crust from burning or becoming too brown.
Allow the pie to cool down. Then, cut slices and enjoy!
